1. Who We Are

tourrr.com is operated by Sri Ujjaini Enterprises Pvt Ltd, registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We act as:

  • Provider of tours and hosted experiences run directly by us, using professional licensed guides and local freelance hosts.

  • Authorized reseller of attraction tickets and travel services from local suppliers with whom we have direct agreements.

We do not resell products of Viator, GetYourGuide, or Headout. Instead, they may resell our products.


2. Scope of Services

Tourrr.com, operated by Sri Ujjaini Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., provides two types of services on its platform:

  1. Tourrr.com’s Own Services

    • We organize and operate attraction tickets, hosted entries, guided tours, and private tours using our own agreements with attractions and local freelance guides/hosts.

    • For these services, Tourrr.com is the principal provider, and your booking is a direct contract with us.

  2. Resale of Third-Party Products

    • In addition to our own services, Tourrr.com may also list and sell tickets or tours from other authorized local suppliers.

    • For these bookings, Tourrr.com acts solely as an authorized reseller or booking agent. In such cases, your contract is with the respective supplier, and their terms and conditions may also apply.

Important Notes:

  • In both cases, once your booking is confirmed, it is legally binding.

  • Tourrr.com is not responsible for the operation, safety, conditions, or quality of attractions, facilities, or services provided by third parties.

  • Identification requirements (such as presenting a valid ID at the entrance) are determined by the attraction or supplier. Failure to provide the required identification may result in denied entry without refund.


3. Bookings and Customer Information

  • You must provide accurate details (full name, email, contact number, date of birth if required).

  • Most attraction tickets are nominative and require ID verification at the entrance. The responsibility to present valid ID lies with you.

  • Bookings are only valid upon receipt of full payment.


4. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • We do not store or have access to your card details.

  • By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Unless otherwise stated on the product page, tickets and tours are non-refundable and non-changeable.

  • If an attraction or tour is canceled by the supplier or due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure such as weather, strikes, safety concerns, or government restrictions), we will refund you in full or offer an alternative.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time for tours and entry slots. Late arrivals may result in denied entry without refund.

  • Comply with attraction rules and regulations (e.g., security checks, prohibited items).

  • Ensure that minors are accompanied by adults.

We are not liable if entry is denied due to non-compliance with attraction or supplier requirements.


7. Liability Disclaimer

  • We strive to ensure a smooth booking experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

  • For products provided by third-party suppliers (attractions, transport operators, etc.), we act only as an intermediary. We are not liable for accidents, delays, closures, changes in service, or personal loss/damages occurring during the experience.

  • For our own tours, we will take all reasonable care to provide services as described, but participation is at your own risk.


8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, technical failures, pandemics, or government restrictions.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on tourrr.com (text, photos, videos, logos) is owned by Sri Ujjaini Enterprises Pvt Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission.


10. Privacy

We only collect the personal information required to process your booking (name, email, phone number, and date of birth where necessary). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.


11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.

  • Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

  • If you book from outside India, local mandatory consumer rights may still apply, but disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
